Young people who work on the street
There are a considerable number of children, adolescents and young people who work on the streets of Huaraz, in uncertain and dangerous conditions. They work mainly as shoe-shiners and street sellers, coming from backgrounds of family conflict, abandonment or extreme poverty.
The aim of this programme is to create opportunities for these young people to make the progressive transition from street life to full social integration, both in school and the workplace. Only God´s power can break their chains and transform their broken lives into examples of the abundant life that He offers.
